And thank you for your support. My Dr. said I was her star patient, my surgery was only for 1hr. and 45 min. it was suppose to be 4 hrs. At this point it is hard to get comforteable to sleep and I,m a little dizzy. What is the best tasteless protein out there? thank You Donna

Hi DOnna, Welcome home! I hope your taking your pain meds! Thats what they are there for! I use lots of pillows, and have no problem sleeping. Most people I talk to like the Unjury tastless protein, thy add it to everything. Hope that helps. I'm still on liquids, Blessings~ Robin

Congratulations, Donna! I found that sleeping was so much easier for me once I went home from the hospital. Haven't had any problems in my own bed. As for the protein, I've been searching the boards, and it seems like that is the big unanswered question. I will like one one day, and the next I can't stand it. For awhile I liked the nectars, then I hated them, now I like one of them again. I finally got the go-ahead to add a banana to my protein drink, so the shake I make before bedtime is 8 oz. fat free lactaid milk, one scoop of vanilla whey powder, and 1/2 banana in the blender. That one goes down the best, so far. Good luck to you! ~Cathy

I had mine done on the 20th, too. Laproscopic. I'm drinking Isopure from the Vitamin Shoppe, We're supposed to dilute our juice right now so I'm using their grape flavor in my grape juice. 80mg protein per bottle.
