Hey Everybody...Surgery Friday

Hey Everybody! Well, Friday is my surgery day! Man, oh Man, am I ever nervous! I have to start my clear liquids in the morning, and I know that would be water and chicken broth. What else could I have???????? It's midnight now and as of this very minute, my life has changed for the BETTER! I will no longer be the fat cousin at family reunions, nor will I be ashamed of wearing shorts, and I will be able to get in the pool with my dh at the in-laws house. I will be able to go to an amusement and not have to worry about if I will fit on the ride. This is so exciting! Debbie

congrats there debbie surgery twin. I hear ya on the nervous thing one minute im excited one minute im scared one minute i think can i do this on my own(I know i can't)another minute i think maybe i can live with being fat for hte rest of my life. I know I dont want to BUT doesnt stop me from being hesitant. Its like 6 30 in hte morning here and well in a couple of hours i leave for moncton to have my surgery. The hardest part by far is going to be giving my kids a kiss and telling them ill see em later. Well best of luck to you my thoughts and prayers with be with you also today not like i can forget your name when im thinking over the next 24 to perhaps 30 hours before they put me out for a sleepy sleep. You are both going to do GREAT!!! Keep happy thoughts and don't worry! Just stay focused on how wonderful you will look and feel one year from now. You will look back and smile and be glad you did it. Debbi - I think you can also have crystal light. I did... That's it though. The chicken broth made me sick so I stuck to water and crytal light. Good luck tomorrow ladies!!!!! Everything is going to be great!
