hello everyone .. i had my surgery on 10/4/04 everything when well, im home and losing weight.. i have lost 24 lbs. and feel great.. god bless everyone that's trying to better there health. Miriam

thanks cathy.. i have lost so far 22lbs. but im afraid is going to stop. i guess is just me my mind play treaks... im still eating jello and pudding soup. im not hungry i can even cook for myfamily and it doesn't bother me. if you work when are you going back to work ?? well keep in touch and good luck to you. miriam

Hi Miriam, I am a 10-5 like Kathy and I am doing great too. Feeling better than I have in years and the pain is almost gone. I still spend part of the night in the recliner mostly becasue of my back but I am overall feeling great. Here's to our new lives ladies. (and guys) Jill

Congrats Miriam, I had my surgery on 10.12.04 and I am down almost 20lbs.

Glad you are feeling so well. I had my surgery 10/12 and I have done so great. I thought there would be pain but I guess I am lucky. My back aches a little but I am walking as much as I can and getting back into doing a little something every day. I know you are like the rest of us and just in awe of how it feels to be on the losing side. It really is a little unbelieveable so I guess we will have to get use to it. Good luck. Carol -8#
