My surgeon suggests that everyone makes out a Living Will and Power of Attorney. You can go on line and down load the paperwork for free. Then fill it out and have it notorizied. This is something that should be done whenever you have any type of surgery done. It allows you to still have some control over your life even if you can not speak.

Where do you go online to do that. I have only found sites where you have to pay for the forms. Robin G 10/26/04

Hi paralegal here anyways with wills its very easy dont need to be dramatic or anything you do need to have it witnessed make it three witnesses to be safe by someone over age of majority and who does not stand to inherit anything. Make it simple and easy no need for legalese. State your name complete address with city etc ...if you have no other will great proceed if you do you must date it and say I revoke all previous will etc or something to that effect. also state that you are of sound mind and body. etc ALSO TYPE YOUR WILL SOME STATES DONT ALLOW HAND WRITTEN AND SOME REQUIRE YOU SIGN ALL PAGES IF IN DOUBT SOGN ALL PAGES AND TYPE IT AND DO REMEMBER THE WITNESSES AND SIGN IT DATE IT I (YOUR NAME)Being of sound mind and body do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills preceeding this will. Use the website below put in sections that apply to you if they dont omit em and move on. Make your executor someone you can TRUST afterall they speak for you after your gone and have control sooo it better be someone that you can trust. go to the website below click on your state and the guidelines then fill it out. For those who insist on legalese you can copy it word for word and spend hours trying to figure out what it means or you can make a simple will if its just your intention to leave it all to a spouce and split up the family herlooms then do just that and omit the rest here is a website that you can copy a sample will at also you can go aroudn the site and get answers too or if you ask em fast enough i can help ya or someone else on here can anyways here is the web site http://www.medlawplus.com/library/legal/lastwillandtestamentform.htm Hope it helps you cant print it but you can read it and see how a will flows keep in mind it doesnt need to be complex just needs to cover the bases you want it to cover
