Surgery over!

My date was Monday the 4th. It went very well. I wasn't in waiting area very long. remember going to the surgery room, don't remember being put under. It happens so quick and next thing I knew I was in my room. I only had minor pain. I went home on my third day. I think the worse part was the laxitives the day before. Now I tell myself, What was there to be so scared about? My Angel Shelia was so good to be there to call people for me. I was to groggy to make the calls. This is my second day home. I'm tired. I can only do maybe 5 minutes of anything before needing to rest. I took one dose of pain meds yesterday and so far one today. It isn't sharp pains but an uncomfortable feeling. Can't lie on my side yet. Another good thing since I've been home. I've had to improve my posture. Slouching puts pressure on the insisions I appreciate Debra for being there to talk to before and after surgery. I praise God and my surgeon for the successful surgery.
