Something Sweet - HELP!!!

Hey Everyone! I need some ideas (please!) I want to do something really sweet for my husband before my surgery - - but I need some good ideas. I don't want to do something expensive, just something romantic and private. Maybe I could make him something??? I don't know! HELP!!! Any ideas would be great!

well i can tell you what my husband wanted me to do and i felt too well weird to do it but i think i may now you could always wear something in lingerie and let him take pictures if you have a dig if your feeling adventurous with a regular camera. that way you have done something sweet for him and you have good before after things for him
