Date changed to 10/6 anyone?

My surgery date was changed from the 10/4 to 10/6. I was kinda bothered by it but well what can i do? I got bumped because of a meeting. I guess all things happen for a reason.

Trish, That just gives you two more days to worry about it, doesn't it? Or two more days to get things prepared or done around the house. It all depends how you look at it. I am also having mine done on that date. This all happening fast all of a sudden. WHen I talked to them last Thursday, they said it wouldn't be until the first of the year. Then FRiday they called and offered Oct 6. I will take whatever date I can get. Well, gotta go. I am headed to my Pre Adm Testing. Good luck with everything. Shelia

Hi. I know what you mean, I was scheduled for 10/12 and got bumped to 10/19. Actually, I look at it like this, that is an extra week to make sure that I am truely prepared. Perhaps you can find something positive in it. Two days isn't that bad, it could be worse... you could still be waiting for a date! Good luck! -Amber
