thank you..i hope your surgery goes well also!! I wasnt too excited about the date at first, but if i dont take oct 4th, i will have to wait until november or december and i have been going through all of this process since April and I am ready. I just didnt want it to be on Oct 4th because that is my 1st wedding anniversary. Good Luck to you!
