JUST WHEN I THOUGHT I WOULD MAKE IT UNDER 200 LBS....I FOUND OUT SOME GREAT NEWS.....I AM 4 WEEKS PREG. WE ARE SO EXCITED BUT I AM SCARED AS CRAP ....PRAYING NOT TO LOOSE THIS ONE...I REALLY DO NOT THINK MY EMOTIONS CAN HANDLE ANOTHER MISCARRIAGE...PLEASE MY OCT BUDS PRAY FOR HUBBY AND I ....WE HAVE TRIED FOR SOOO LONG AND WANTED A FAMILY FOR YEARS...WE ARE PRAYING IT IS OUR TIME THIS YEAR ....116 LBS GONE FEELING GREAT MAYBE IT IS GOING TO WORK OUT FOR THE BEST THIS TIME? THANKS FOR LETTING ME VENT AND ASK FOR PRAYERS... LOVE YA RACHEL

Man, i wish I had no appetite... it would make losing so much easier for me. I think that's a great idea... I was also thinking of posting a question of the day... and not only WLS related either. I guess it can't hurt, huh? LOL Thanks for your great post! Pam

YAYYY TANYA!!!!! Soooo close! I haven't been under 200 for at least 20 years either. Man, I want it too... I have about 27 more lbs to go for that though. I guess I should be pouring on the water too and doing more exercise, I'm on a 2 month plateau which I would LOVE to get off of real soon. You are doing just great!

congrats! Do you go to a gym 6 times a week or work out at home? I have hit a plateau myself and am considering joining a gym instead of just working out at home any input would be helpful. I'm curious why is your food yucky? I eat almost anything within reason- are you having problems with food? Head hunger? have you been sick? Donna

and I will be under 200 for the first time since high school. Good grief I want to see a one in the first digit of my weight. I can feel it I tell you I can feel it!!!!! Soooooo close......must work out more(as if 6 times a week was not enought!!!).....must eat all my yucky food.....must drown myself in water........ Tanya -122 and closing in on below 200!!!

Pamela, I too wish for more activity. I usually post a monthly roll-call but perhaps a few daily or weekly ideas may help. How about a daily food log. Lord knows that would help me. Might even remind me to eat all three of my meals (no appitite you see). I think that we all read but we need to jump on our keyboards and type away. I try but I sometimes just do not have anything of any interest to say. Tanya -122

Congratulations, Adrienne! Great job. I also need more exercise because I have a sit-down job here at work. I am trying to walk on my treadmill at home but believe it or not when I get home, I forget about it! I guess I need to make it more of a priority. I'm so glad for your success.. keep up the good work! Pam

I wish more people would participate in this board... I wonder what we can do to increase participation? Do you have any ideas? What about a question of the day? Roll Calls? Any ideas?
