Angela, Great topic. I'm having a weird problem now (see other post), but normally... I follow this regimen: 2 multi-vitamins and 3 Viactive everyday. 3 Cups of caff. coffee and too many to count of decaf. I have my coffee with Splenda and low carb french van. creamer. I also drink water and diet pepsi vanilla. For breakfast, I go to Jack in the Box and get a Breakfast Jack (no bun) (that's 1 egg, 1 cheese 1 ham). For lunch, I usually have about 2 oz of lunch meat with 2oz of light cheddar and some fruit. For a snack, I have Vics Cheddar popcorn or an Atkins peanut cluster bar. For dinner... whatever my family eats only less or 1/2 cup of bran flakes with 1/2 cup milk and 1 TBS raisins. For bedtime I have SF jello. For exercise, I go to Curves 3x a week and I was training for a 1/2 marathon.. so, I have a walking schedule that I follow too. Jackie

Topic: Strange Problem
Hello all, Friday morning when I woke up ... I wasn't hungry. I ate my normal protein breakfast and went to work. Lunch time came and went and about 3:00 I wasn't hungry but I ate some chicken & veggies. Dinner came and went and I didn't eat. Saturday came and I wasn't hungry. I had 2 protein shakes (100 calories with 12 g of protein) throughout the day. For dinner, I made myself eat a piece of lasagna (made low carb with eggplant and fat free ricotta). Sunday came and the same thing... no hunger. Again, I've made myself drink 2 protein shakes. With one of the shakes... I could only drink about 4 oz of it. I feel full and feverish (though I took my temp and it is fine). I'm also burping with everything I drink (this is new). Should I continue to "force" myself to eat or just let nature take it's course and only eat when hungry? What do you think? Jackie

Hi Pam! Well, I've always wore dark colors, such as black, dark blues, etc. But, I can wear light colored clothing, now, without looking like the sun or a cloud! I love red dresses. My husband says that I look great in everything, now. But he's bias! YOU FORGOT TO TELL US YOUR COLOR! Good question! Your WL Buddy, Jane 362/207/162

pamela dont compare, you are doing great. make sure how many calories you are having one day just to check yourself. when u make the salad i know it will be hard to calculate. maybe if u want to loose some or jump start yourself again get things where the calories have been calculated for ya. you would think that salad is low-cal but w/all the extra's it may be high. when i do a salad i do about cupand half lettuce, 1 package carl budding lunch meat-90c., 1 pc.cheeze-70 cal.,1 tomatoe. for dressing i use 1 sweetandlow, mized whith red wine vinager and my 1tbls. of flaxseed oil for hair grwth. i also take biotin for my hair loss do u? i am on 1200c/day that is the max for us. so if u are still wanting to loose yours should be much less. be proud sweetie,it is hard work angel

Topic: Sugar Free Banana Bread Recipe
Sugar Free Banana Bread Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1/2 cup oil 1 cup Splenda 2 eggs 3 ripe mashed bananas 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda Mix together oil, splenda, eggs & mashed banana. In a seperate bowl stir together flour, salt & baking soda. Mix dry ingredients into banana mixture a little at a time. At this point you can add 1/2 cup of nuts if you so desire (i didn't). Pour into 2 greased bread pans and bake until it's brown and pulling away from the pan, around 30-40 minutes. Let cool then slice. Enjoy
