my favorite yummy sugar free treat is: 1 container Cool whip light 1 surar free vanilla pudding 1 can of fruit of choice - i usually use fruit coctail mix and refrigerate. I have even tried it with white chocolate sugar free pudding and it was yummy too. Now you know I am not the cooking type so this is right up my ally. fool proof and simple. Tanya

Topic: RE: WHY IS IT????
Peggy, I was on Vioxx last year right after surgery and it was wonderful but my inurance would not cover it so I switched to Bextra which is less expensive. My doc wrote me a script for twice the dosage I was to take to be taken twice a day because it was less expensive so the script is for 10 mg twice a day and I take it once a day so the script lasts me two months. Bextra worked really well for me as an alternative to Vioxx and as I said was less expensive. Good luck. Tanya

Hi Amy... I've tried it with other flavors but I seem to like the orange the best... but you go for it... experiment and see what you like. It is great stuff! Pam

Reaching goal!! I've been battling the last 1 - 2 lbs. for a couple weeks now. I still have 15 days til my 1 year mark, and I WILL make it to goal by then!! From there I intend to concentrate on my body fat percentage, which means I need to exercise more to change fat into muscle. Kathy
