Well my TT is Friday, That is the most immediate goal. My biggest goal is to keep using this tool for life. Not to fall back into the bad habits that got me fat. Also I want to encourage my hubby to keep going on his weight loss. He didn't have surgery, but has done wonderful so far with losing. He has lost about 70 lbs in the last 18 months or so. I hope he can lose another 50.

Hi Jane, I definetly want my bat wings clipped before next summer. I can't go another summer with these ugly looking things, I can't hide them unless I wear long sleeves. I would like a T.T. also but I will take the bat wings first if I have to pay for both. I also want to stay in the 150-160lb range and maintain that weight. Blessings to you.

Joe: Wow, that's amazing! i have to ask... are you afraid of losing too much? Your granddaughter is adorable!! I thought from the caption that she was BORN on Oct 2 2004. Shows how much I know about kids! Congrats! Amy

That sounds like so much fun! But for my cardio I to spin, step aerobics classes and sesions on the eliptical machine. So can't really compare apples to apples. I'm originally from Michigan (lansing) and I love your idea. Good luck and way to stay inspired!! Amy

Topic: WALKING CHALLENGE
I posted this on the Michigan page & thought others might like to join in. I know there are a lot of people out there that are walking. I wanted to add a little twist to it if I could. I am picking somewhere I want to go (for me it is Frankenmuth) That is about 235 miles from my home to Frankenmuth. I will post weekly where I am. Like this week I walked a total of 17 miles. That would put me in Moran. I want to see how long it will take me to walk that 235 miles to Frankenmuth. Where do you want to go? How long will it take you to get there? Mapquest can help map out your trip & let you know where you are each week. Want to join in? It should be interesting.

Topic: RE: No more whining!! GOAL!
Well Kathy I guess whining does help. I stepped on the scales this morning (my 1 year anniversary) and am down another 5 pounds. I am hoping that kicking up my walking will help it go faster for the next few days. I want another 5 before Friday. I am consistently doing 3-4 miles a day right now. I have also upped my protien & lowered my carbs. All this should help. FRIDAY is TT day.
