Congrats on your success! You've done a great job.
As for PS, I'm still losing (though slowly) and want to give my skin a chance to snap back as much as possible, so I'm waiting at least another 6 months before I start looking into it. For me a year out seems too early to start looking into this yet.

Hi Deb. Yes... it does keep getting better and better! I wish I didn't have any hanging skin as a result of slow weight loss but I do. And you're right... we should celebrate every day!! I feel so much better now... I am SO thankful for that! You've done great too! Pam

Thank you, Sheila.....You're right... last year at this time, I would have loved losing 82 lbs. I know one of my problems is lack of exercise. I have a sit-down job and it doesn't help one bit.
