GREAT! I have been doing great too, and love to hear from people that are doing good also. On the 22nd I will be 3 months also and have lost almost 90 lbs also. Keeping clothes that fit is a pain but I am hoping for little leveling out period, so I don't go broke trying to stay in clothes that fit.(HAHAHA).

Congratulations! Just keep Plugging away at it. I find that Carb Solutions has the best "non-after-tasting" protein drink. Have you tried it? If not give their products a try. They also have protein bars and chips. Again, great job! Keep it up!

Cindy, Congrats on becoming a loser! I became a loser on Oct 24th! As for breakfast foods I am a creature of habit! I eat yogart every single day! I also have a hard time eating anything in the morning so smooth yogart helps. I read a post on the main board on this topic and the main message was to think outside of the box. Eggs and bacon or ham are good but what about some leftover chicken or turkey from dinner. Heck even fish. Good luck. Tanya t

okay, it's sounds like you doing great, just keep in mind that soup is more liquid than solid so you will consume more. try drinking your shakes more often to replace food and in between drink plenty of water because sometimes when we think we are hungry your body is really thirsty. Drink your water from the time you wake up until you go to bed.

Hi Nancy! I know exactly how you feel only i could eat almost anything like 2 weeks post op!!! I tried not to but it's VERY hard! I have only gotten sick like 3 times and that was because I ate too fast. I am going on 10 weeks post op and have lost about 41 pounds. I haven't lost anything in atleast a week in fact i gained 4 pounds! I don't understand it....I am trying my hardest... i joined curves for women and have been doing that for 2 weeks atleast 4 times a week and nothing!!! This is very frustrating but we can make it through this. If we all support each other than it will make things easier(I hope).

I have been staying on the shakes for breakfast and lunch during the week and having 3 oz of canned chicken or some kind of meat and a vege. or a chick salad from subway the last 2 nights i have been having homemade chicken soup. I eat 3 meals a day....sometimes like an hour after I eat (if i do get full), i am hungry again. I do get the protein in first and then the rest of my food. Any other suggestions? Thank you for your response...
