Well this explains some feelings for me too. I was blaming it on PMS. I've never pms'd this bad before, but I just chalked it up to a base case of it. I'm glad to know it will pass soon. The other night I was laughing so hard hard I started to get tears in my eyes. These tears turned from laughter tears to a serious cry. And when I was asked are you ok? why are you crying? I could only answer.. I don't know.. I just felt like crying and could not seem to stop it. I really felt mental. Good to know I'm not alone with this.. And I'm normal when I feel this way. Hi Deneise, Oh those evil foods. Mine would have to be chicken if it is not cooked super moist. Tortillas even the new low carb ones. Pickles. I am so sad about pickles. I love them but I can only eat them without the rind. Other than that all seems to go down fine. Many blessings to you on your journey.

What foods do you find that make you feel ill? Mine are blue cheese chicken - I can do it once in a while but it MUST BE MOIST! milk - I became lactose intolerant salad - I'm starting to get use to it, but damn.... pastrami - ugh eggs - can't eat them often - unless they're deviled/hard boiled

Topic: RE: Salad
I started out with baby spinach salad a month ago. Now I can eat other lettuces as well but I stick to the super green ones. I love tomatoe and/or a little green onion on it as well, but I stay away from bell peppers and super crunchy veggies still. Only yacked on salad once in the beggining when I ate to much. The thing I can't handle very well is chicken. Almost always makes me sick. To stringy I guess.

I don't have problems with salad really, but it gives me bad gas. I eat it when I know I will be home for a while. I make sure I chew it all really well and it's not a problem. Maybe just east a few pieces until your stomach gets used to it and that might help. Good Luck! Erin
