Hi Deneise, I would like to continue with my loss of 2 lbs a week or 8-10 lbs in a month. That seems to be the norm for me in the last couple of months. I am happy with that. Of course I would be estatic with more so I am always looking forward to my monthly anniversary weigh in to see if I get any extras

Topic: RE: Evil Foods
The list grows longer each day... EVIL FOODS: Wheat Thins (any kind), Bread (any), Chex Mix, Country Style Pork Ribs (No sauce either), Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Sugar (EVIL DEAMON!!!), Fat (EVIL STEP-DEAMON!!!), Fried Foods (ALL), "Supplement ****tail" (i.e.: more than 2 pills at a time cause me to dump violently... EEEeeeeeerrrrrrraaaa... Bad experience this morning... worst one I have ever had with dumping and it was on a mouth full of supplements... weird), Chips. Good Stuff: ALL Meats, Fish, Cheese, Carb-Countdown Milk/Dairy, Eggs any style, All fruit is ok in natural state (NO Canned Stuff), All Veggies are good fresh or frozen, pasta I limit, Baked Lays or Pringles FF are ok if I need a salt fix. I still have plenty to pick from and i don't in any way (yet) feel deprived of favorites. The alternative sugar and fats are there if i need the fix i can get it. I am happy as a clam and the family is "THINNING" down right along with me. Judy

Great Question: I want to get into a swimsuit for spring break (April 1-5) that i am comfortable in. I think that would mean about 12 pounds for me too. Im shooting for a size 12 so it might last me through the summer months. I am in a 14 now. That would put me at #156... Oh my... I haven't seen 150 something in forever... Please don't wake me up...LOL. I didn't realize it could be so close. The Plan: Walk 3-5 times a week, Garden, Workout at gym... stick to the food plan and eat PROTEIN more. Errrrraaa I am so bad about the exercise part. Take care ... Judy Guay 10-13-03 233/168/130

Topic: RE: How many times do you weigh yourself????
DAILY!!!!!!!!!!! I still weigh daily and i only record it weekly on Sunday. I am one of those who is not to worried about the weight comming off, I am just currious about what my body is doing about it. I didn't get this done to weigh less it was done to better my health. Both are great reasons to watch the scales. I am not yet bothered by the lack of fast weight loss emotionally. This month i have lost less than any month prior (#5) but it hasn't seemed to waver me emotionally. Not that it wont happen... just not yet. It has never been about weight for me. BTW: I feel great and the pain is all but gone from the joints and feet... Now that is something to sing about...LOL. Have a wonderful month. Judy

I want to drop 12 pounds. That will put me at 174. I generally only lose about 10 pounds a month now, so I could be setting myself up for failure. But I am going to shoot for it. How are you going to get there? I am going to go dancing on Tuesday nights and walk on a treadmill 2-3x per week and I'm going to do water aerobics 2x a week. I'll fall off the wagon on 3/18 - 3/25 because we're GOING TO DISNEY WORLD. So I guess I'm going to walk walk walk.

HELLO - MY NAME IS DENEISE and I'm a SCALE JUNKIE. I haven't been clean for almost 2 months. I have to step on it every single day. I sometimes feel the need for a little "quick" fix and jump on it before I go to bed. Hoping to see a change in the morning. I need a scale like a smoker needs a cigarette, like a junkie needs a hit, like an alcoholic needs a drink. AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Topic: How many times do you weigh yourself????
I was just wondering how everyone is doing in this area? I try to only weigh myself once a month. But now that I am going on my 5th month I was thinking should I weigh every other month. I don't want to sabbotage myself by not seeing enough lbs gone, ya know what I mean??? Please let me know what you think, thanks for your responses.
