Pink milk. not regular milk, just pink. Eggs - same here, they taste wierd, i have to have a bite of toast with every bite of egg. Chicken, and beef if I eat it too fast. Karen

Hi all! I just past 4 months, and have lost 72 lbs. Kim, I was at a plateau that lasted about a month. I was at 54 lbs. then one day I weighed and could hardley believe it. I guess that is probably why they say, we should only weigh once a month. Life is great! Hugs, Susan

Reduced-fat Wheat Thins (make me dump something AWFUL!!) Eggs (used to love them, now they taste almost metallic for some reason!) Sweet tea (DUH, right? *l*) Ice cream of ANY kind (fat free, reduced fat, no-sugar-added, etc.)

I have been on a three week plateau, but have now lost a couple of pounds for a total of 70 lost since surgery. I have also lost 53.75 inches. Am hoping to loose 15 more by April 30th--we are going on a cruise to Hawaii and I would love to buy an even smaller bathing suit : )

Hi all. I've gone from 390 pounds, size 32, to 285 pounds, a size 22-24. Still have a long way to go, but I'll get there! My hair is falling out a bit but I picked up some Nioxin at the JC Penney salon and I can see an improvement already with just two weeks usage. I've had to go in for an EGD with dilation three times. I could barely ge****er down without pain. My last one was just a week ago and now I can eat without pain, but I get nauseous and throw up everytime I eat. I see the doc again next week. Hopefully there is something I can take for the nausea. I'm tired of vomiting all the time. Other than that, I feel much better. My asthma is gone. My allergies are much better. My knees don't hurt. I don't wear my bi-pap for my sleep apnea anymore. If I can just stop puking and eat a little something, all will be perfect! Debbie

Hi, That is great!!! Keep up the good work. I am down 80 pounds so far and like some of you have hit a plateau. Maybe my body is making an adjustment before it continues on its journey downward

Hello, my name is Karen. I am a scale-a-holic. I have to weigh every morning and even some evenings. Could it be that I will have to have someone hide my scale? I have thought of doing that. Then, who knows to what extent I will go to get it back. Karen
