Catchy, oh effervescent one; I like it! I've been thinking of changing my online name since adding a new child to the family last year. I'll keep you posted. Bill (Lost4me)

Hi! I had lap RNY on 10/29/03 and am down 65 lbs, which is a little disappointing. I think I should be losing faster. Still, I AM down 65 lbs and feel great! No problems eating anything except eggs for some reason. I am exercising some, but not as much as I should, so I will try to do more.

I have changed my name now that my profile has been all jazzed up. I have gone from Deneise Stigen to Frvsnt One. Don't forget about me!

yes, this is great. What I do is I buy the carb countdown chocolate and the carb countdown fat free and I mix it half and half, The choc is just a little to much for me. It is pretty expensive thought, but it last me awhile.

Topic: Fitday.com--Great website
I want to start out by thanking everyone *****sponded to my last post about calories--this is very helpful. I am now using Fitday.com to track my progress and I am now making sure I make the right food choices. I was eating too much peanut butter (good protein, but high in calories) I do have a good appitite (shucks!) and have no problem eating up to 1,000 calories a day. I really envy those of you who have problems eating that much. Wi**** was me. I am also going to start eating more salads to fill me up when hungry ---I have no problem getting my protein in for the day. Linda
