Topic: Water Retention
Hey Yall,
I am retaining fluid this week and I have been doing the Lemon Water thing and I think it is helping. Is there anything else I can take or do? I was thinking about pulling out my Dandelion Root Caps. Any suggestions?
Oh, it is the ending of that time of the month for me as well.

Topic: RE: How Much Do You Eat?
1 large slice of onion only has about 3 grams of carbs, and they're healthy carbs. All veggies are, except your starchy veggies like corn and peas and potatoes.
Topic: RE: plastic surgeon? When
Carolyn,
I weigh 226 down from 318.5 my surgeon said when I hit 180 we are going to do tummy tuck which should put me at 160 which is my goal weight, I am hoping to have it done by the end of the year because currently the insurance I have will pay for it but every Jan we get new providers and I don't know if we will still have the same one.

Topic: RE: 6 months and counting!
Hi Tanya,
First of all great job on your weight loss! I can't believe how much difference 6 months has made. I just wanted to add that I go to goodwill once in a while and look for clothes. If I see something too small now I go ahead and buy it because I know if will fit at some point. I also look for the color of the tag that is half price. It's so nice to get a pair of Liz Pants or shorts for $1.50. I'm also finding that the smaller sizes usually look brand new. My closet has turned into an array of close from everything down to 8's. It's so fun to go in and try a smaller size that didnt' fit two weeks or month ago and it does now!
Good luck to you!
