Butt? What BUTT? I always had a butt but it's simply disappeared!! I think it might be lurking around the tops of my thighs. I'm going to go look for some of those undergarments that lift and accentuate your derrier. Do you suppose it'd help if I stood on my head while putting them on?? I have lost weight in places I've never lost weight in before. I can identify with the tailbone pain as well. I have no padding anymore! Well I'll still take this over the 298 pounds I had contributing to the shape of my hinney previously.

Thank you for your responses! This was my first dealing with the cravings- I didn't want to gain after loosing 115 lbs! I feel I should have lost more by now and was trying to exercise more- so maybe I am just bored and eating because of it. I'll increase my exercise, water and protein and maybe these cravings will not come as often. Thanks for the advice. Donna

Hi Donna
Of course we crave the no!no! foods from time to time,we're only human.And it's ok t give in occasionally.There are some really good sugar free products on the market that really hit the spot.I choose carb smart ice cream over regular,sugar free keeblers over reg.don't make a steady diet of these things but for a sensible dessert or treat it's perfectly fine.

Donna, Last night when I was sugar craving real bad I jumped on the treadmill. I told myself I'd only get on for 10 minutes. But then I was all warmed up and feeln' good about being proactive and did 30 min. I felt sooo good when I got off. Originally I had told myself that if after I jogged for 10 min I still wanted sugar I would indulge. But luckily it usually does the trick. I think for me it is bored eating - when I want sugar - which is what got me where i was in the first place. after my jogs i always make myself drink a bottle of water too. which also delays me being able to eat by at the minimum 30 minutes. anyhow, i hope you find a trick that works for you!

Topic: bad cravings
Anyone having cravings for "no-no" foods- snacks & junk food? what do you do to get past that? I noticed that when I see my family having something that I want - I ask for a "taste" & I don't want to let myself get in that habbit. Any suggestions. I've tried drinking more water- crystal lite etc but its not satisfying anymore.

Karen! I have a similar goal! I'm 5 lbs. from a "normal" BMI, and hope to be there by my (36th) Birthday on Aug. 13th!! I think that's a good motivator!!! Keep up the great work!

I just did some BMI figures and realized that I am only 9 pounds away from being "normal". The journey hasn't been hard. I turn 45 in August and want to be normal by then. This is so cool. Karen
