Hello everyone. I know I haven't posted in a while. I don't know if that is because I am too busy trying to keep active, or because even though I have lost 125 lbs I still fell like a bit of a failure because I need to lose 40 more and am not making any progress. I know what I am doing wrong- too much snacking, not enough exercise- but I knew what I did wrong before WLS and couldn't seem to change those bad habits then either.
Anyway, I do feel great. Knee pain is almost gone, I am doing lots of gardening, and I actually rode a bicycle for the first time in 15 years!

Life is good! Just look at all you've accomplished in this short of a time. You've lost 125 lbs - WOW! Just pick yourself up & go for it - you can get rid of the last forty lbs. Think of it as 1 lb at a time & try to do everything like you did at the beginning... it will start falling off. YOU CAN DO IT. Take care.
