I prefer a treadmill, but you'd probably do best with an eliptical. I HATE THOSE!!! Can't stand them, even walking by one in the station I feel the need to RUN far and fast. They just kill me!
haha, we're all different. While the treadmill is okay i REALLY love the elliptical machines. It really tones up my legs and butt giving me a great workout.
I would try one out at a gym or a store somewhere before buying one though. They can be uncomfortable and awkward at first.
