Hi everyone! It seems there are not many of us who post on here much, but perhaps others lurk! Let's check in to see where we're at. Also, let's tally up our losses to see what we as a group have lost. I bet its a HUGE number!! I am at goal. I have gone from a high of 313 to 140, and from a size 28 to a 4! At the moment I am struggling to stop losing, but think I'm figuring it out. At my height (5'8 1/2") I don't need or want to lose any more. I'm adding more exercise in, and have set a personal goal of starting to run with my daughter by the time track starts the end of March. I can carry on a full conversation while walking the treadmill at 3.7 miles per hour, which amazes me! What a gift this tool has been in my life!! Keep up the great work everyone! Kathy Running Total: -173 lbs.

I'm down 124 pounds from a 24 to a 4! YEAH ME! I actually did it in well under a year and have maintained. I flux up and down about 3-4 pounds, it all depends on if I get enough water in for me. I actually don't exercise anymore other than walking when the weather is good. As soon as I exercise, BOOM more weight drops and sistah's I don't want none of that! I'm physically doing great, I'm mentally a wreck due to my ex-husband. 257/133

Hello Ladies, I am down a total of 176 pounds from a size 32 (oh my god!!!) to a size 8 currently. I still have about 9 pounds to loose and then PS will take off the rest. Plastic Surgeon said not to loose more than 10 pound and that is what I am planning. I want to keep some curves!!! Glad to hear you all are doing so well. Tanya

Hi everyone! I have gone from 268 to 148, and from a size 22 to 8! I definitely don't want to lose anymore and I have stopped exercising also. I never hit a plateau and the weight just came off. I'm one of the lucky ones, I guess.

Hi kathy, I've gone from 349 to 195, so a loss of -154 pounds. I'm 5'10. I have so much excess skin and it's really getting to me. I really want my arms and belly done, but until then I'm at the gym 5x a week. I have really packed on the muscle and my body fat is at 27%, which makes me happy. Life is so wonderful post-op! This is still the best decision I ever made! Amy

Hi Kathy! Everyone is doing so great!!! It's so much fun to see how well others are doing with their weightloss. I started out at 362lbs. and have lost 163lbs. I now weigh 199lbs. and am looking forward to my Tummy Tuck and arm wings clipped. I saw my Surgeon, today and I will be having this done soon. I will keep everyone updated because I like your prayers and support! Love, Jane

Hi, Been a while since I have been on here. Since 10/03 I have bottomed out at 173 and have come back up to around 200 which the surgeon had said would happen. No more sleep apnea, no more insulin, lots of energy. Do a lot of cooking. Collect recipes. Keep busy now. Haven't spent any time on a couch since surgery. I think the cooking was a type of therapy for me - at least I got to see other people enjoying food. That's about it. Lester
