5wks out Belt Lipectomy

Hello All, I went to my Dr yesturday and he was so pleased as am I with the results. I have a little swelling near the mons area. But when I look in the mirror I am propertionally normal looking. He told me to start slowly with tighting my stomach muscles. I CAN SUCK IN MY TUMMY FOR A CHANGE!!!!!! I went fom a 47 in the stomach area to a 35!!! WOW.. PLus as my hubby says I havea jingle in my butt!! I alsways had a long back with a crack in it but now I have a round butt!!!!! Little things.. I still have numbness not back, do get a few sharp pains mostly on the right side but the Dr says it is healing well now. I went from 173/170 before PS to 150!!! I feel great, still stiff. I can wear my binder as needed. Feels better at night for me. Trying to find some undergarmets that will fit me. I am going shopping today for the first time in a year to buy me something.. Ann, I am so happy for you I could cry. I know what you felt like before PS and now you must walk around on cloud nine!! I go today for my consult and I will keep you in mind. You are my inspiration! Soon I will be able to look myself in the mirror naked and not cringe! Congrats again and keep feeling better. Tanya -176 with 29 to go PS - I weight just about what you do pre-op PS and my goal is 150 so you give me encouragement that the last evil 29 pounds will be able to go away.

Ann, that is so wonderful. You must feel like a completely different person now. I hope one day to be able to do PS myself just to lift and firm. The dr. told me it would take about another 10-12 pounds off me which I don't think I can afford, but it would be nice to be firm again! Anyway congrats to ya girl! That's so wonderful!
