Happy Halloween!

Hi all, I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Halloween. This is my second since my surgery but for the first time EVER I have no interest in raiding the candy bowl. Happy halloween! This is my favorite holiday, though didn't do too much for it this year. Last night I went with one of my friends to the gym! It was really quiet because everyone was out trick-or-treating or handing out candy, but not us! I did not have a single piece of halloween candy this year. NOT ONE! This was amazing because 2 years ago (last year was recovering from surgery like everyone else) I would use the halloween season as an excuse to buy bags and bags of candy every time I went to the supermarket and not feel guilty about it while I was going through the check-out, because I told myself it looked like I was just getting my supply to hand out to the kids, though I never handed any of it out. *sigh* so crazy how different our lives are now!
