1 Year today

Today is my 1 year anniversary.. I'm down 130 lbs and feeling GREAT! As I reflect back on this past year.. I find myself filled with Joy and Hope for the rest of my life. As I am sure all of you feel the same way. WLS saved my life.. Everything is so positive in my life right now. Even though I did not quite make my goal of being at or under 200 lbs on my 1 yr anniversary.. I am so very pleased and proud of my accomplishment of 130 lbs. I'm very greatful for this website it has been a blessing through my journey. Congratulations to ALL of my OCTOBER BUDDIES... we made it 1 yr and we all have done so wonderful.
