How are You Celebrating?
Congratulations!! Make sure you do celebrate your big day!
I went to a nearby resort with my fiance for a night. We had dinner & relaxed in the hot tubs, and stayed at the hotel for the night. For my century club celebration I treated myself to a one hour massage. I highly reccommend either on of these!

The 28th is my one year anniversary too. Happy Anniversary to both of us!!!
I'm not sure how I will be celebrating. I think that I'll start out by thanking God for a wonderful, exciting, informative, eye-opening, soul-searching, whirlwind of a year. I can't believe that it's a year already. I have to be honest, I have been celebrating all year long In less than a month I will turn 40 so when I hit the 100 lb mark and with that milestone birthday looming, I did what any other person would do, I bought myself a new car!!!
So, I think that my 'celebrating' may have to be curtailed for a little while
However you mark the occasion, I think that it is so important to not forget where you came from. I think that when we forget, we're bound to wind up there again.
I wish you continued success and much good luck with your journey.
God Bless,
Bob
1 year out, -140 lbs!!!
The 28th is also my 1 year anniversary. I think that I will spend the day in "reflection" I am amazed with where I was a year ago and where I am today. Life felt hopeless one year ago... today I am grateful for the blessings and opportunities that I have as a woman in this wonderful country. Congratulations to us ALL!
Best Regards,
Sharon

Hi Susan,
My year anniversary was on the 24th and I celebrated by going on a 15 mile bike ride in the morning. Then in the afternoon, I went hiking with a guy that I am dating. We also went out for dinner at a cute restaurant; I had a small salad with chicken on it. It was the perfect day...spent quality time with a friend doing healthy things for myself.

October 28th (today) is my one year anniversary also! I celebrated early (last month) by going on a Meditteranean cruise. How great to be in Europe and not daunted by all the walking and stair climbing! It was my third time there and it amazed me how much difference the weight loss made.
My best friend had surgery on the same day - seems like 10/28/03 changed a lot of peoples' lives. Sure am glad that I was one of them!
Happy Anniversary to us all!
