I am one year out from my surgery. I have lost 106 pounds. What a year it has been. At times it seemed like it was dragging on, but now that I look back it went so fast. The only regret I have is that I didn't do the surgery sooner.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU!! I too am one year out as of today!! Still have about 28 pounds to go, but it was worth every bit! 353/188! Keep up the good work!
Congratulations to you ...I also share the same anniversary as you. I have also lost 106 pounds and would do this all over again! I feel wonderful and have been blessed in so many ways. I am about 15 pounds from my goal. Much continued success on your journey!
