I am just over one year, and 7 lbs from my goal weight. I have lost a total of 185 lbs, and am now searching for a plastic surgeon. I fear that there are new regulations for my insurance (BC/BS Federal) that will prohibit the surgery being covered. Have any of you dealth with this? Drop me a note! [email protected] Thanks@ JEFF

Congratulations on your success so far. I don't have any experience with PS. I haven't decided if I'm going to do it. Karen

great job jeff! I'm just starting to think about getting some PS, but want to wait until my weight completely levels out and I'm sure I'm done losing (I have 22 more pounds until My personal goal) Congrats and good luck with PS Amy

Hi Jeff Congratulations on your 1 year anniversary! Call your surgeon's office, they can find out for you. My surgeon is going to do my Tummy Tuck and arms. I still have 40 more pounds that I would like to lose, first. As long as you've lost 100lbs or more, most insurances cover the TT's. I don't know what else you want to have done, but call your Dr.'s office and they can find out for you. Good luck! And Happy Rebirthday!!! Jane P.S. If you have a hernia, that helps to get it approved, too.Ask your surgeon if he does the Tummy Tucks. If he does, he can get it approved for you.
