Hello Pam
First, I LOVE coresponding with all of you! Volunteering for Liv-Lite is a very gratifying experience, too. I get to talk with post-op patients who have had the surgery. I'm going to be visiting patients, again, in the hospital. They're starting a new program called, "Berry Buddies". Each patient will have a "Berry Buddy" or support person. I can't wait!!! What's your favorite hobby, Pam? Your WL Sis, Jane
Planning my wedding. Oh wait, that's not a hobby....but it is what I seem to be doing with what little free time I have! In non-cold weather anything outdoors, but especially hiking, gardening and camping. I'm not sure what I will do this winter...I love snowshoeing, but I fear I can't tolerate the cold this year!! We'll see! I'm already keeping my eye out for the warmest non-bulky (I HATE bulky clothing!) coat that money can buy!
Kathy
I love go to bed early and read, isn't that lazy!?! LOL
I am also going to take up quilting this winter. My mother in law gave me her sewing machine (it's old but works) and my best friend is going to show me how to work it. I've never sewed (except to hem or repair something by hand) in my life. She's made quite a few quilts and I want to learn how. Looking forward to it.
In no particular order:
Ham radio, playing dulcimer, computer games, developing web sites, camping, hiking, oh heck. On third thought, sitting on the porch in good weather and rocking, watching my granddaughter play / while alternatively reading a book, birdwatching while enjoying great health.
Oh you said favorite. Darn. Well, I'm just gonna do what I always do. My favorite is the one I'm doing at the time I'm doing it.
Ha!
Hugs,
Joe
