almost 1 year
On Oct 30 it will be 1 year since I had surgery. I never thought I would make it this far. So far I have lost 121lbs. beleive you me I never thought I would ever lose that much. I have about 15 lbs to go and I will be at my goal weight. It seems very hard now to reach that. Almost like I have come to a halt in loseing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reach my goal of 15 more lbs? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I look alot at all the posts and this is my first time to actually have a question. It seems all my questions are answered here. This is such a great site and so helpfull. I am so glad I found out about this place.
Hi Amy,
I'm in the same boat. I'll be 1-yr out on 10/23 -111 lbs. feeling great but still about 15-20 to go. I'm still losing but it is slow now. I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do ACCEPT need more exercise. So in my case I know what I've got to do - get off my (skinny) butt now & start more weight training. I feel this will help me. Don't know how much you exercise but maybe that could be your situation too?

Hey Amy
Wow, have you done great! Don't sweat that last 15lbs. It will come off in no time! If you could add some extra exercise, that will help. I'm so proud of you and all of us! Please post more often, we would love to hear how you're doing. You've accomplished a lot this last year! Your WL Sister, Jane
Hi,
I've been at goal since the end of June and managed to drop 6 more pounds without trying, so I wouldn't worry too much you'll get to goal soon enough I'm certain. Just sit back and don't stress about it, because if you're like me, stressing will make you hungry. My anniversary was the 16th, I swear to you, a year ago I never thought I'd make it.
Love you all
Lucie
