1 year post op

Good day all I am so excited. October 20 makes the date of my new birth. I have went from a woman's 36 to a 14-16. I am so pleased with my weight loss. I started at 420lbs., and am down to 272lbs, and still losing. I hope to reach 250 by the 18 month mark. This has been the best thing I have ever done in my life. It has changed me for the better. My eating habits, excercise, self esteem, etc. I appreciate Dr. Vaughn to the highest for giving me a second chance at life.

Fantastic!!! You've done so very well. I know exactly what you mean about the self esteem and feeling better and I too agree that it's the best thing I ever did also! I reached one year on 10/14 and the difference is staggering. I started at 297 pounds and now weigh 167. Congratulations to all of us!!!!! Best wishes and let me know when you reach goal. We'll do the happy dance!

Hey CJ Congratulations and happy 1 year anniversary! You're doing awesome! This has been the best decision that I have ever made, too!
