OCTOBER-10-2004 WILL BE MY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY

IT IS GOING TO BE ONE YEAR ON OCTOBER -10TH SINCE I HAD THE GASTRIC BY-PASS DONE . AND I HAD LOST 146 LBS SO FAR. I FEEL GREAT AND LOOK GREAT. I STILL CAN'T EAT ANY KIND OF MEATS, ALL I EAT IS VEGGIES AND AMERICAN CHEESES WITH A LITTLE BIT OF CREAMY ITIALIAN DRESSING ON IT , AND A CAN OF CHOICE AND I DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND DO PLENTY OF WALKING AND I ALSO EAT PEANUTS FOR MY PROTEIN.
