Three more pounds.....
and I will be under 200 for the first time since high school. Good grief I want to see a one in the first digit of my weight. I can feel it I tell you I can feel it!!!!! Soooooo close......must work out more(as if 6 times a week was not enought!!!).....must eat all my yucky food.....must drown myself in water........

congrats! Do you go to a gym 6 times a week or work out at home? I have hit a plateau myself and am considering joining a gym instead of just working out at home any input would be helpful. I'm curious why is your food yucky? I eat almost anything within reason- are you having problems with food? Head hunger? have you been sick? Donna
YAYYY TANYA!!!!! Soooo close! I haven't been under 200 for at least 20 years either. Man, I want it too... I have about 27 more lbs to go for that though. I guess I should be pouring on the water too and doing more exercise, I'm on a 2 month plateau which I would LOVE to get off of real soon.

I work out at the gym (Naturally Woman in my area if just for the ladies and is great). I need to change up the routine though and get more weight lifting in. I am actually going to try out a personal trainer and see what I can learn.
As for the food question, well this is the deal. I have not really recovered my hunger. So it takes a lot for me to actually feel like I want to eat and then soooo many thing still make me sick. Some make me throw-up and others make me soooo gassie that I can not live with myself. The challange is that the things that do not make me throw up affect my stomache and the things that I do throw-up do not affect my stomaceh. It is a real drag to eat. I am sick and tired of cheese, yogart, and cottage cheese. These are some of the only things that do not usually make me sick. Oh well, at least I am a lot healthier in most cases.
