Update on Me
Hi All,
Just wanted to let you all know that as of two days ago i am down 93 pounds. I never thought it was possible. I had started back to work, so that means I am out of the house all day and when I come home and clean and cook and get the kids Bathed and get my bath, I am too darned tired to do any snacking.
My husband bought me a Bike, without my permission So that means I have been sneaking in a little Bike Riding and I have been drinking at least 3 Protein Drinks a day and have been laying off the Carbs, so I have been soing the Darn Thang and here I am.
Just thought I would share the news with you all, since I am always here crying on your shoulders, Ijust thought I would share some good news as well.

Congratulations, Adrienne! Great job. I also need more exercise because I have a sit-down job here at work. I am trying to walk on my treadmill at home but believe it or not when I get home, I forget about it! I guess I need to make it more of a priority. I'm so glad for your success.. keep up the good work!
