August Goals?
Okay October babies - lets hear your goals for the month of August.
I would really like to be at the docs bottom goal weight which is 8 more pounds. So...that's my goal.
My second goal is to get in 6 miles each day of walking. I have a pedometer and it tells me what I've done so it should be easy to track. Especially because at work we're suppose to be doing 5 miles a day.
My third goal is to not be so quick to snap at people (I've been kinda a grouch lately)

Goal #1 to get allllll my water in!!!
Goal #2 to do more weight training.
Goal #3 not to get depressed over my first post-op no birthday cake birthday!! (the only time I ever ate cake was on my b-day)
Goal #4 not to bite everyones head off if the irk me (I too have been grouchy)
Goal #5 to enyoy every day I have with my kids. To enjoy the ability to chase after my kids and play with them like a normal mom.

1) enjoy myself on the beach for the first week of August, and not go too far off my diet with my friends
2) join a regular gym as soon as I get back and get into some spinning and yoga/pilates classes!
3) attend said gym 5 times a week instead of the 2-3 times a week I'm doing now at the lame free "gym" at my apartment complex.
No weight goals, just some lifestyle changes!
