What did you eat today? I had: 6 oz low carb yogurt 24 oz tea 1/3 Taco [Bell] Chicken salad 24 oz tea 1 oz Cheddar cheese 3 oz Ribeye steak, 1/8 stuffed baked potatoe, 1/2 corn on cob 16 oz tea 1-Low carb fudge pop, 1-peanut butter patty, 1/2 cup Oatmeal Raisin Chrisp cereal About 1200 calories and VERY average for my still shrinking body. This is what I ate yesterday: 7am-Low carb slim fast - 20g of protein 10am-low carb yogurt - 8g of protein and only 90 cals! 12pm-2oz cheese, 3 low fat ritz crackers 4pm-bag of potato chips - NO GOOD! I WAS STARVING! 8pm-3oz tandori chicken from indian takeout, no rice Not sure how many calories that is, I should go to fitday.com to find out

this morning I had my protein shake in my coffee.... lunch I had a Tyson chicken breast with a piece of pepper jack cheese melted on top with fresh sliced tomatoes on top tonight for supper I am going to try the new Low Carb pizza slice loaded with protein .... sounds yummy.

Low fat cottage cheese with watermelon salad with chicken, strawberries and sun flower seeds Pear, 1 toast (sun flower and flaxseed bread) 1 protein bar and an apple. Lost of water - 104 x 25 yrd laps.

1 Cup Total Protein Cereal (Dry) - 13g protein / 120 calories 1/3 Cup Roasted Soy Nuts - 11g protein / 110 calories 1 can - 4.25oz Chicken Spread (Underwood) - 20g protein / 270 calories 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese - 14g protein / 80 calories 3 slices white bread (with the spread) - 6g protein / 210 calories 1 container - 6 oz peach yogurt - 7g protein / 110 calories 1 bar - Post CarbWell Cranberry Almond Protein Cereal Bar - 10g protein / 140 calories 1 package 6 crackers, Lance Malt Peanut Butter Crackers - 6g protein / 190 calories 64 oz water This week I'm adding Frito Lay Low Carb Doritos Cool Ranch, 1 oz 10g protein / 140 calories. I've never been a chip junkie so I'm not in danger of eating the whole bag. The one ounce serving is a fine supplement with my lunchtime meats.

Let's see... 3 cups coffee 32 oz water 8 oz water CarbWell Cinnamon Raisin Bar (140 calories; 10 g protein) 16 oz water 1 Curves Workout 1 package peanut butter cheese crackers (220 calories; 5 g protein) 12 oz tea 1 Atkins peanut cluster bar (150 calories; 9 g protein) 1 cup CarbWise French Vanilla Cappucino (30 calories) Dinner (If I eat... I will have baked salmon and watermelon). I'm not feeling too good tonight though so I might not eat. Jackie
