Hey girl!
I am also on a platuea!!!! Well, I can't really say that I guess, but the scale is not moving, but I have lost inches......so it is frustrating. What I have been doing is exercise!! I walk, bike, and do aerobics, and my own routine of toning exercises at night before bed and in the mornings. No...I don't do all these things everyday, but I try to at least 3 days a week. I started going to use toning beds the week after Thanksgiving and did that 3 days a wee****il 2 months ago. I then decided I needed a more rigorous routine. I also have some loose skin.....bat wings......and some flab still on my upper thighs. It is getting smaller though. I don't know if I will ever get rid of it all completely with out surgery, but I am trying!
I have to say that I am so happy with myself now and happy that my health problems are gone....that I think I can live with it. We will see. I have gone from a size 20-22 to a 10. I would love to be a size 4.....but I just can't imagine that! I remember a day when a size 10 seemed impossible too......but dreams do come true!
Hang in there.....maybe do some leg exercises if your not already.
