6 months post-op
Hey i know its been a while
im doing wonderful i have lost 132 pounds so far and i feel wonderful
if i could give someone some advice its to know that you are someone and god will carry you if you let him be the lord of your life.
i have a way to go yet, but i can do it because god has given me the will to do it..
i started out a little over 300 pounds and i have sat a goal for my self
god is so good and worthy to be praised.. amen

he is such a caring man of god and he knows what he is doing!!!!!!!
i put my life in his hands and i thank god for him,
