Smallest size in the store!!!!

Okay it is Lane Bryant but I AM IN THE SMALLEST SIZE IN THE STORE!!!!! I fit into a 14/16 top and a 16 on the bottom!!! I was doing some serious happy dancing in the dressing room and my daughters thought I had lost me ever loving mind!!! I even went to target and I fit into a xl in the regular womens department not the plus department!! I even tried on a sundress and it fit!!!! What a far cry from 30/32 and not fiitting into Target clothes!!! Yea for me, Tanya -103

Tanya, That's so awesome!!! I was doing the same thing this weekend! I fit into a size 14 jeans at Lane Bryant, but their size 14/16 tops are getting too big! I'm kinda freaked out because LB has been the ONLY place I've shopped for the past 10 years. Now where do I go? Too many choices, and I'm not familliar with their clothes! It's a happy yet scary thing isn't it?? I've bought a couple items at Old Navy and The Gap, but it makes me nervous. Isn't it funny how we get so familliar and used to going to one place? (at least I did) Have you tried those stores yet? Look out... because pretty soon you won't be able to shop at Lane Bryant anymore!!! And then... who knows? Keep it up girl, you're doing awsome!!!!! Tanya - that is sooooooo WUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRFFFFFUUULLL I know the feeling - I went to get a pair of capri's for my upcoming vacation this past weekend at Lane Bryant and found out that the 14 pants are too big for me there. I ended up getting a pair from Walmart. They were still a 14 but I think that has to do with quality differences. It was still nice to know that the only thing I NEED to buy from Lane Bryant is the bra's.... they girls have shrunk, but the excess skin keeps me in a DD!! LOL. Isn't that an awesome feeling??!!! I received a gift cert to the avenue for my college grad, and I can only buy jewelry, socks and pantyhose with it. Nothing, and I mean nothing else in there fits me! Its soooo strange, after well over 20 years of plus size shopping, I know am wearing meds and 10/12s. Here's to us! We are awesome!
