I was on a strawberry kick for a while, but the cantalope replaced it last week. Still NO sugar stuff or few carbs. Oh ya... Fresh steamed broccoli or green beans are fabulous... corn on the cob mmmm mmmm mmmm

I make homemade tacos with refried beans or chicken, instead of the beef. I put cheese, tomatoes, salsa, and lettuce on the tacos, too. I also make homemade pizza with sauce, cheese, and veggies such as green pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Sometimes, I will put ham on the pizza, too. I enjoy making up my own recipes.
