Let's do the "vows", again!!!
Hello my WL Brothers and Sisters!
I loved Adrienne's idea of making a vow to do something.
I think we should do this every week.
I exercised more because of my vow. So, I vow to stay positive this week, no matter what may be thrown my way!
I also will continue to exercise more.

Great idea Jane! I vow to exercise 5x's over the next week and get my water in daily! I will not get on the scale everyday and stress that it hasn't dropped again, I will stay positive and upbeat, concentrate on all the gifts God HAS given me, this surgery, my husband and the great support I get at this website! Hello everyone,
I think that it's a great idea for us to make a vow weekly. This week I already vowed at the beginning of the week to exercise more
and to up my protein. So far I have done AWESOME!!! I am so proud of myself!

Hi all,
I vow not to be so darn hard on myself. I am human and and I will allow myself to be. I vow not to pass out if the scale does not move down. I vow to continue to exercise 6-7 times per week! I vow to get all of my protien in! I vow to get more "straight" water in (love my crystal lite!). I also vow to help others in any way I can to become healthier and more confident!
