How Much Do You Eat?
I having been under a lot a stress lately, and you may relate to this but it is soo hard not to run to the food for consolation. Especially since I can tolerate the sweets. I was hoping I would dump the sweets no such luck. But everyday is a blessing so we just have to keep on going. It is just good to know that you are not alone. Marie
Adrienne, just read your post thought I would chime in here. Today I have had:
10 oz of coffee with non fat creamer about 1 hour before breakfast.
Breakfast : 1 Atkins Mocha Chocolate Crunch Protein Bar (yum)
8 oz lemonade from crystal lite. (yummy stuff) (great for getting in your water intake
Snack: 2 beef jerkey slices
Lunch: 2 oz hamburger with 1 slice cheese no buns
16 oz water and then 8 oz ice tea in between lunch and dinner
Dinner: 5 chicken nuggets on salad with ranch dressing with some cranberries sprinkled over it.
Evening snack: Sugar Free/ Fat Free Chocolate Pudding. Love this stuff it helps with my chocolate cravings.
If I feel sluggish in my weight loss I supplement my lunch with a protein shake or bar. This seems to jump start my loss again.

I cannot eat very much at all and it is very frustrating at times. So I'm at the other end of the spectrum
This was yesterday:
Breakfast: 3/4 banana + 2teaspoons peanut butter
Lunch: 1 oz cheese + 2 low fat ritz crackers
Dinner: 1/4 cup stir-fry veggies with tofu (no rice)
Today so far:
Breakfast: 1 can low-carb slimfast shake (20 g protein)
Snack: 2 oz cheese
Lunch: 3 low fat ritz crackers + 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (which I ended up throwing up because it was too much, though I ate it really slowly, so that probably doesn't completely count toward my food total for today)
Dinner: will be 1/2 soft beef taco from Taco Bell
I know I don't eat enough, but I'm trying! At least I get all my water in. I keep waiting to be able to eat more... be able to eat more meat because I can't seem to digest anything except for this beef from Taco bell. Tofu is my friend!
