How Much Do You Eat?

I often think the same thing!! It seems that in the past month or so I can eat quite a bit...and it scares me!! I only eat 2 food meals a day (the other 2 are protein drinks)...but I can eat alot at those 2 meals!!
For example, yesterday I had:
Breakfast:
3 slices of bacon
1 slice multigrain toast with 1 TBS. of peanut butter
Lunch:
3 - 4 oz. steak
1/2 cup potatoes with onions
small salad
sugar free icecream treat
(This was my first time eating steak, and I was shocked by how much I could eat. What is even more shocking is that I didn't feel all that super full after eating a meal this size!)
Dinner:
Protein drink mixed with skim milk...29 grams of protein
Like I said, I'm concerned by how much I can eat now. I am still losing at a decent rate, and I feel great...and I'm being careful to focus on the right foods....so I guess I dont need to worry too much. But I worry about the future when I might not be so focused on the right things! So, what are you eating in the course of a day? Feeling so "normal" is kinda scary!

In my Opinion, i am not loosing great I am over half way there to my doctors goal. However i feel at 6 months out i should have loss more than this 75 pounds and I am so disgusted. For breakfast I had protein shake and in between I had like 24 ounces of tea, then for lunch I had a piece of baked chicken and some potatoes. Imean this was a stouffers 8 ounce meal and I ate it all, but I try that a week or so from now and i will not be able to eat half. I just do not understand.

I sometimes have meals or days when I can't eat as much either. I always thought it was when I ate more "complex" protein and it took longer for it to move through. Well, I would think steak would be about the most complex thing I could eat and it went fine. I did take tiny bites and chew super well, but I am still shocked by the amount I could eat. Now for lunch today I was full after eating about 8 oz. of chicken soup and 2 crackers. I don't get it! Stick with it and stay focused...it may not be leaving as fast as you'd like..but it IS leaving!!!!!

Okay, here's yesterdays meals because I am somewhat clueless today. I have too many choices (imagine THAT!)
breakfast - I had about 1oz of ham and 1 egg omlet
lunch - I had some cashew shrimp - 6 shrimp (not biggies) and some veggies that were in there (no carbs other than what was in the veggies - I stayed away from the onions as they are the highest carbs in veggies other than potatoes)
dinner - 2 oz hamburger with cheese
snack - MAYBE an ounce of pork rinds.
TONS OF WATER.
Today for breakfast I had a 6 oz yogurt. I just don't know what else is in store for me. I'm doing lots of worrying lately, so it's probably what's causing me to lose pretty good this month.

Hey Sweetie,
Please repeat that for me. Did you say that ONIONS are higher in CARBS than potatoes? OMG, do you know how many onions I can eat and how often. Please say it ain't so!!! I need to hear from you, because I am like really ready to flip my lid now. I had no idea and I love onions. OMG. I am soo dumb, all the years of eating bad, I had no idea what was good or bad.
