Hey Yall, For the last week or so I have been having a burning like sensation in my stomache. I am going to call my doctor on Monday, but I was just wondering has anyone ever had this feeling before? Adrienne

Hi Adrienne! Wow, I hope it's not serious. I haven't experienced any burning in my stomach, but it's good that you're going to see the doctor. I'm wondering why he didn't take you in, right away. Good luck, and God Bless. Your weight loss friend, Jane

Adrienne--are you drinking your water out of a cap that is like on the Propel bottles?? If so, stop doing that for a couple of days and see if that makes a difference. I went thru CAT scan and almost exploratory surgery and during the CAT scan I had to use a straw at the end of the test and thought "this sure is like sipping form the Propel cap" and stopped it that day, within 2 days the pain was gone. Hope it is something this simple. Marilyn

Marilyn, Let me tell you. I feel better this morning after taking some Malox last night. But I have lost the 5 pounds that I had gained. I stopped drinking Propel for 2 days and the water was pouring off of me. The sodium in Propel was causing me to retain water. I drank like 4 to 5 propels a day. I am so mad, because I love Propel. But propel has 35mg of sodium in it. Everytime I find something I like and sits well I gain from it. Adrienne
