Today I went to my family Dr. to get some allergery pills refilled and he weighed me. Well my home scale is a piece of junk!! and I was very happy to find that out, because I now weight 223# (down from 308#) that is 85# weight loss since Oct 23-03---I am doing the happy dance tonight
