Okay, I posted earlier about what your April goal was. This time I'd like to ask you what your shorter term goal is this week and what do you do to plan on rewarding yourself? I personally plan on exercising 3 times this week. That really isn't much, but I am looking at my schedule right now and wondering HOW I'm going to do it. IF in fact I do make it, I'm going to keep my appointment for my day spa treatment. I got the gift at Valentines day but wanted to hold it as a reward. What about you all? I reward myself every 10 pounds with a new charm on my WLS charm bracelet. Everytime I feel sad or depressed that the weight is coming off slow or that I can not have something I take a look at that bracelet and know all of the progress I have made. Tanya T

Well, I didn't have a goal for this week, but since you asked I will make one. This week I will not kill any of my kids. I will not run out of the room screaming when my husband passes gas. I will not hang up on my mother when she says, "Anyway" for the 100th time. I will try to be patient and kind to everyone and remember that life is so much better now than it was 5 months ago. Karen

Oh, I forgot my reward. For getting through another week, I will get a chick flick and kick my husband and 5 boys out of the house on Friday night so I can watch it with my only daughter. Karen

Karen! Your life sounds just like mine!! LOL I have three small children and I swear sometimes they drive me crazy! My husband eats such spicy foods all the time that he is killing me with his gas! LOL And my mom does the same thing with "anyway..." but she also uses the phrase "to make a long story short...". LOL My weeks goal is to take a walk everyday. So far I have done it (today and yesterday). erin

Weekly goal...I hadn't thought of it. Good idea! Keep it small. This week I'll try to do more around the house. The past five months I've concentrated on me - I go to work and Curves every day. Haven't focused much on the house...just surface stuff. But this week I'm going to try to dedicate at least two evenings to cleaning a room. Guess I've got spring fever! Sandra

This week I will try and get to curves 4X's in stead of my regular 3X's.

Ha! You all are a hoot! Uh... I don't have any kids not to kill, so I'll have to focus on trying not to injure myself or anyone else with my flapping skin while I exercise! Despite this serious safety risk, I plan to do some type of exercise 5 days this week. Oh, and I plan to do strength training at the YMCA 3 times this week as well. I feel motivated, so look out world! I will reward myself with a trip to the bike shop to check out bikes.
