Plateau Busting Diet

We all seem to be having a problem with plateaus. I got this off another site. Try it if you like. I did and I only stuck to it for 4 days and did start loosing again. OK here it is. 1 - Do this for 10 days to break plateau 2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day 3 - You must have 45 grams of protien supplement and all your vitamin & mineral supplements each day 4 - You may consume up to 3 oz. of the following high-protien foods, 5 times a day: beef pork chicken turkey lamb fish eggs low-fat cheese cottage cheese plain yogurt or artificially sweetened peanut butter beans/legumes You may also have: sugar free popcicles tea or coffee sugar free sodas sugar free jello broths and bullions crystal lite drinks 6 - IF IT IS NOT ON THE LIST YOU CANNOT HAVE IT FOR 10 DAYS 7 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 min of exercise daily. PS, I didn't do the coffee or soda. My doc says not to.
