Fitday.com--Great website
I want to start out by thanking everyone *****sponded to my last post about calories--this is very helpful.
I am now using Fitday.com to track my progress and I am now making sure I make the right food choices. I was eating too much peanut butter (good protein, but high in calories) I do have a good appitite (shucks!) and have no problem eating up to 1,000 calories a day. I really envy those of you who have problems eating that much. Wi**** was me. I am also going to start eating more salads to fill me up when hungry ---I have no problem getting my protein in for the day.
