Hi cathy, For breakfast i had half of a EAS drink, 2 bites of eggs and a piece of bacon. For snack i had the other half of my EAS drink and for lunch I had 4 small baked wingettes with a little bleu cheese. For my next snack will be a half of my protein drink and dinner will be freshed string beand and a thin slice of turkey loaf and my last snack will be the other half of my protein drink. Plus water in between all of this. What are you eating and how much? Adrienne

Breakfast:1/4c Tuna salad (I eat weird) Snack:Protein Ice 5 oz 10gms protein Lunch:Lettuce taco ( 1 lettuce leaf filled w/2 tbs taco filling a lttle Cheese and salsa) snack: 3 baby carrotts w/ dip and a small chunk cheese Dinner: will be 1/4 cup of Pinto beans w/ pork in it topped w/ cheese Then later I'll have 1/4 cup of carb smart butter pecan Ice cream Also have had 2 20oz grape protein drinks that have 40gms protein per bottle. and so far 46ozs of water.

For breakast and lunch I had tuna fish. Dinner will be some beef stew. I've drank lots of water today. I'm over 72 ounces for water so far.
